The Registration Package for the convention has been mailed out. If you haven't received one yet you may have been overlooked, or were not in our database.......... The Gas and CPR Seminars are separate from the main registration and must be reserved prior to the convention. Space is limited.

Canadian attendees can E mail Brian Yanik at The OCSA Office for a Canadian registration form, or of course you can download the PDF version here.  Please include your Name, Company, Address and fax number in all correspondence.
